Niveza leverages a collective experience of 50 years of expertise in investment banking, fund management, and company and market research.
Sanal has a strong track record in fundraising, financial structuring, and strategic investing across global enterprises. With experience spanning India, Asia, Europe, the U.S., and Africa, he brings a multi-disciplinary business perspective. His investment approach is rooted in data-driven micro and macro analysis.
Over the years, he has collaborated with executive teams to drive growth in strategy, sales, marketing, corporate finance, HR, and M&A. A finance postgraduate from the University of Mumbai, he is passionate about reading and holistic fitness, encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Aman, as the head of Image Securities, gained expertise in Private Wealth Advisory, Investment Structuring, and Fund Management. He built a strong network of high-net-worth individuals and institutions, securing investments across global capital markets in diverse asset classes.
In 2020, he co-founded Niveza Investments LLC with Sanal Kumar, driving its evolution from a startup to a multi-disciplinary fund with a global investor base. Aman holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Babson College, USA. Outside work, he is an avid reader, enjoys global cuisine, and embraces adventurous experiences.
Beginning his career in 2003 as a Research Analyst at Lohia Securities, Manish has steadily progressed through the industry, holding key positions such as a Director before joining Niveza. His expertise spans across Research, Investments, M&A, and consulting, with a focus on nurturing companies at various stages of their growth trajectory. Graduate Degree in Finance and Marketing, alongside a Law degree from Mumbai University. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is an avid reader with a keen eye for identifying future growth businesses.
Akshat Chhabra a degree in Industrial Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin Madison, where he graduated. Prior to his tenure at Niveza, Akshat worked as a Workflow Automation consultant in Ernst and Young at their San Francisco office. Outside of his professional endeavors, Akshat finds joy in partaking in diverse sports such as football, cricket, and squash, exemplifying his holistic interests and dedication to a well-balanced lifestyle.
Dhruv, with his diverse educational path reflects a hunger for knowledge and a desire to excel. His journey began with a degree in Finance and Accountancy from Mumbai University, where he graduated. Now, he’s simultaneously pursuing Company Secretary (CS) and Law (LLB) from the same institution. Dhruv seeks patterns, evaluates risks, and identifies growth prospects. Beyond academics. Dhruv’s multifaceted pursuits make him a dynamic individual, balancing intellect, athleticism, and a zest for life.
Pranjal Nimbalkar holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance from Mumbai University. Upon developing an interest in capital markets, he started pursuing CFA and has successfully cleared level 2. Before joining Niveza, he was part of a consulting team at Nexdigm wherein he worked as an M&A | FDD Analyst. During this tenure, he engaged in various cross border/Inbound/Outbound deals, conducting comprehensive analysis and industry research, and actively participating in deal-making endeavors. Besides his professional career, Pranjal enjoys playing football, cricket, running, and exploring offbeat locations during weekends.
Sarabjyot Chawla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Niveza, Sarabjyot explored the entrepreneurial landscape as the founder of a social entrepreneurship initiative, Project SKAR, and co-founder of a retail lab-grown diamond business, House of KaSa. The remarkable growth story of India caught his attention, inspiring him to begin his journey in the Indian financial markets. When not immersed in financial markets, Sarabjyot enjoys traveling and following football, blending his love for sports with a desire to discover new places and perspectives.
Nehal Lodha completed her Master’s in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson Graduate School of Business and holds a bachelor’s in finance from Christ University. Her professional journey includes roles at Northwestern Mutual, Exodys Energy, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, and Galaxy Synergy, where she developed her skills in financial analysis, strategy, operations While not at work, you’ll likely find her experimenting in the kitchen or planning her next travel adventure. She is actively involved in giving back to the society as well.
Sunil Mahato is overseeing financial strategy, compliance, and fund operations. With more than a decade of experience across fund accounting, risk management, and regulatory frameworks, he has worked with institutions such as Ernst & Young India, Apex Group, HSBC, and SS&C Technologies. His expertise spans financial reporting, NAV oversight, trade reconciliation, and process automation for alternative investment funds. Outside of work, he is passionate about global finance, economics, and personal growth through reading and traveling.
